Licensed Umrah and Hajj from Pakistan — Nusuk hotels, verified payments, and a dedicated advisor from booking to return. We have arranged pilgrim groups from Lahore since 2015, with a desk that checks every payment screenshot before visa work starts.
How we work
Packages are built by admin: dates, PKR fares, Makkah and Madinah hotels with walking distance, inclusions, photos and itinerary. Employees do not see agency-wide finance — they process the files assigned to them: documents, receipts, status and pilgrim chat.
- New booking. Online, walk-in or phone. Admin assigns an employee (sales, visa desk or operations).
- Documents. Employee reviews CNIC/passport scans and photos, requests a re-upload if quality is poor, then marks each file approved.
- Advance payment. Client transfers to the company account and attaches a screenshot. Finance or the assigned employee verifies or rejects with a reason.
- Visa & Nusuk. Hotel and transport are registered on Nusuk (BRN). Visa is filed only after the booking is linked — the 2026 no-booking-no-visa rule.
- Balance & tickets. Remaining amount is collected the same way. Tickets and vouchers go out after the last verified receipt.
- Completed. Status moves to completed after return. The full audit trail stays on the booking for admin records.
