Terms of booking

A seat is held when the advance is verified, not when the form is submitted. Names must match the passport. We may substitute a hotel of equal or closer walking distance if the contracted house is overbooked — we tell you in writing first.

Upload readable documents, transfer only to the published company accounts, and keep the remaining balance clear before tickets are issued. Airline no-shows are not refundable.

Process visa and Nusuk BRN after payment and documents are approved, assign an employee you can message, and keep an audit log of status changes for admin review.
