Privacy policy
Usman Vera International Pvt LTD, registered in Pakistan, operates Umrah, Hajj and ziyarat programmes from Lahore. These pages explain how we collect pilgrim data, take payment, and handle cancellations.
What we collect
Account name, email, Pakistani mobile number, traveller names, dates of birth, CNIC or passport numbers (encrypted at rest), document scans, payment screenshots, and messages you send to staff. We use these only to deliver the booking, visa and after-sales support.
Who sees it
Admin sees every file. Employees see only bookings assigned to them. Payment screenshots are reviewed by finance or the assigned advisor. We do not sell pilgrim lists.
Storage
Files live in Cloudinary under booking and payment folders. When admin deletes a package, gallery images in that folder are removed so storage is not kept after the programme is gone. You may email hello@usmanvera.com to ask what we hold on your account.
