What to upload when you book
Clear scans save days. The booking form asks for identity (passport PDF or CNIC) and a photograph per pilgrim. Staff can request a new file if a scan is rejected.
Checklist
Passport scan (PDF)
All pages with stamps if previously travelled. Validity ≥ 6 months.
Recent photograph
Colour, white background, taken within six months. JPG or PNG.
CNIC (Pakistani adults)
Front and back, or a clear passport alternative for dual nationals.
Mahram details
For ladies travelling with a mahram, his booking must be in the same group.
Vaccination / health
We confirm the current Saudi circular before departure — it changes by season.
After you upload
Your assigned employee opens the file, marks each document approved or rejected, and only then submits the visa. You can add missing scans later from My Bookings.
