Choose a departure, create an account, add each pilgrim’s CNIC or passport, upload a photo, then send the 20% advance to our Meezan Bank, EasyPaisa or JazzCash account and attach the screenshot. An advisor verifies the slip, then processes visa, Nusuk hotel BRN and tickets.

Pakistani passport holders generally cannot complete a standalone Umrah visa on Nusuk without a licensed operator. We register your hotel and ground transport on Nusuk (BRN), file the visa, and keep you on the group WhatsApp until return.

Every package lists walking distance in metres. Walking-distance hotels are up to 300 m; nearby is 300–800 m; shuttle hotels are 800 m or more with a coach. Economy packages often use shuttle hotels to keep the fare down.

You transfer to our published account and upload a screenshot or bank slip. Finance (or your assigned employee) compares the amount and reference, then marks the payment verified. Only verified receipts reduce your remaining balance.

Passport valid at least six months beyond travel, a recent photograph, and CNIC for Pakistani adults. We accept passport scans as PDF. Vaccination rules follow the current Saudi circular — your advisor confirms them before departure.

Yes. Twenty percent secures the seat. The balance is due before tickets are issued, typically two to four weeks before departure. You can send further transfers and screenshots from My Bookings.

Cancellations more than 45 days before departure receive a refund minus visa and non-recoverable hotel deposits. Between 45 and 14 days a partial refund applies. Within 14 days, or after visas are issued, the booking is generally non-refundable except where airlines allow.
